Le Petit Logis - Independent accommodation in Vendée

We are delighted to welcome you to our home for your stay, whether short or long! Le Petit Logis is a fully equipped accommodation located in the municipality of Saint-Vincent-Sterlanges, a small town of about 800 inhabitants in the center of the Vendée department. Located 25 minutes from Puy du Fou Park, 30 minutes from La Roche-sur-Yon and 55 minutes from Les Sables-d'Olonne, its central location allows you to explore this beautiful department of Vendée. The space Completely refurbished by us, the accommodation is for two people and a baby, comprising a ground floor with: - A living room (sofa, coffee table and TV) - A fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, electric coffee maker and Senseo pod coffee maker, fridge/freezer, utensils and dishes) and dining table. Upstairs: - A landing closed by a blackout curtain allowing a baby crib to be installed if necessary, - A shower room (Italian shower, sink, heated towel rail and toilet). Towels are provided. - One bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and a dresser. Duvet, pillows and bath mat are provided. The bed will be made upon arrival. Outdoor space, terrace type, is also available and exclusively dedicated to the house. This space, overlooking our garden and enclosed by bamboo planters, has garden furniture. Enough to enjoy the Vendée sun or the shade of our linden tree! The swimming pool on our property, fully fenced and secured, is inaccessible to tenants of the Petit Logis, for safety reasons. Guest access The house is adjacent to our house, but you have a separate entrance and access through a lockable gate. Parking is available in front of the house, on the street. A key box makes it easy for you to check in late. Other things to note Regarding your arrival with a baby, we can provide you on request: baby bed (with mattress and fitted sheet), high chair, baby bath. Breakfast is not included in the price of the accommodation. However, you will find a small "emergency" kit on site: salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee, toilet paper, garbage bags. A body and hair shower gel dispenser is also available in the shower room.
