This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). Capacity: 9 adults and 3 children (extra bed on the ground floor and 2 baby beds on request). The space Our house is a charming 18th century Percheron farmhouse, rented in its entirety (house, old barns and land). With its 230 m2, circulation is very fluid and allows you to share moments together in the common areas while maintaining intimate times in the well-distributed rooms. The house will allow families and friends to meet for a stay in the countryside, in the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park. THE HOUSE Common areas: o The kitchen/dining room with its fireplace and large table to accommodate your friendly meals. o The large living room with its sofas to chat, have an aperitif, read, play various board games... o The TV lounge with DVDs and games for children The 4 spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms/shower rooms o ON THE GROUND FLOOR - A beautiful room with a south side view of the courtyard and west side view of the farm entrance. Private bathroom with toilet. It has 2 beds of 80*200 that can be joined or separated as needed. - A large bedroom (160*200 double bed) with a sofa bed that can be converted into an extra bed for a young child. Private bathroom with antique bathtub and toilet. Its large south-facing bay window offers direct access to the courtyard. o UPSTAIRS: - A bedroom with 2 beds of 80*200 that can be joined or separated as needed. - A bathroom with toilet - A two-room suite consisting of a small living room (sofa convertible into extra bed) and a bedroom with a 160*200 bed. OUTDOOR SPACES In front of the house, the farmyard, converted into a garden, will allow you to enjoy the sun (garden table, garden furniture, BBQ) and entertain yourself. The back of the house has a large 1 ha meadow. The house is surrounded by orchards. Bikes are available for hiking or going to the village. PERFECTLY EQUIPPED We provide linens (sheets, towels, tea towels) and beds are made on arrival. Our house is equipped to regularly accommodate family and friends.
