Best of all, the beach is just a 15-mi walk away—perfect for easy days of sun and sand. The space **BRAND NEW COASTAL RENO** This 970 sq ft family-friendly condo offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private balcony—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or pools. The living room features a 75” Smart TV for family movie nights, and the primary bedroom includes a 55” Smart TV. A washer and dryer are available in the unit, making it easy for families to keep up with laundry during longer stays. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination—ideal for bathing little ones. The second bedroom is designed with kids in mind and includes built-in bunk beds with full-size mattresses, along with its own en-suite bathroom. Please note that this bedroom is smaller in size and also contains the stackable washer and dryer, located behind the closet door. The second bathroom has a walk-in tiled shower. Starter toiletries are provided for your arrival only (approximately one day’s supply), including one roll of toilet paper and two trash bags per stay. For added convenience, Walmart is located right next door, and Publix offers grocery delivery directly to The Palms through their app. You can easily stock up on groceries, coffee, diapers, wipes, and any other essentials your family may need for a comfortable stay. Guest access You will have access to all the amenities that the resort has to offer. Please wear your wristbands at all times. The Palms resort has many amenities that guests have access to which include: zero entry lagoon pool, kid's pool, splash pad and hot tub. During non-peak season, there is a heated pool right next to the hot tub. The resort also offers tennis courts, gym, basketball court, children's playground and free parking garage (2 CAR parking space per condo MAX, no parking for boats or trailers or jet skis). During the prime season, the Palms also offers a sit down Bistro on site restaurant that serves food and drinks poolside. One thing to note about this Bistro, during non peak season it will be closed Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday until March. One thing to note, we do not offer beach towels or pool towels. Please bring your own beach towels. However, we do provide beach chairs and umbrella. Meet age limit of at least 25 years old NO EARLY CHECK INS NO LATE CHECK OUTS-ADDITIONAL FEES WILL BE INCURRED OF UP TO $150. WE DO TEND TO STAY BOOKED ALL TIME. OUR HOUSEKEEPERS NEED TO GET IN AND GET IT CLEANED AND READY FOR THE NEXT GUESTS SO THAT NEXT GUESTS CAN CHECK IN AT 4PM. WIPE OFF ALL SAND FROM WAGON, CHAIRS AND UMBRELLA STRIP ALL BEDS AND PLACE ALL TOWELS AND LINENS IN A PILE ON CHECK OUT DAY. **NOTE***We do a complete inventory EVERY clean along with our housekeepers. Please remember this is our home in which we use quite often. It is NOT a hotel. Please be respectful of our house and house rules and check out procedures.**
