I drink a lomakot

Old wooden house by nature, 65km from Helsinki. Two floors, three bedrooms with floor mattresses, one wooden bed for two, steam sauna, terrace, yard, forrest,… Zen style minimalistic rooms with hintch of design and big colorfull kitchen (tupakeittiö). Lots of yoga pillows / bolsters around house for making hanging around on floors fun. The space Downstairs: Tupakeittiö - new design sofa, best hanging spot in the house Living room with fireplace, piano and some old board games Bedroom 1 - just renovated with clay walls and floors Bathroom with shower, bath top and toilet Upstairs: Bedroom 2 or trainingroom - really nice cork floor for any work out on floor, yoga or body weight stuff. Sleeping mattresses on floor Bedroom 3 or fire place room - wood sofa that can be spread for two, hanging mat, remoted work desk and small kitchenet kind of facilities. Fire place works as fire place and sauna heater same time. Steam sauna is other side of a wall and gets hot only by throwing water on heated stones. Steam is very thick in beginning and after half an hour throwing water on stones, sauna becomes more like normal Finnish sauna. There is hatch between floors so floors can be separated for privacy for two families etc. Outside: Terrace with new wooden patio furnitures and fence for dogs. Surrounding: Nice forrest for walk starts from the yard, two nice swimming places by the lake within 2 and 7 km. Other one 7km appart, called ”Björnviken beach” has public grill place and safe sand beach for kids too. Train stops just 300m from house three times a week. Grocery stores are 7km appart in Inkoo center. Also marina with gym, restaurants, cafes and cocktail bar is in Inkoo center. Guest access Whole house and yard is for you only Other things to note For dog owners about fence outside: Some dogs if they are keen to escape, they might find their way out of the fence. Be aware of neightbors dogs. There is sometimes Belgian Sepherd free at their yard that might chase other dogs away from his surroundings. About people the dog doesn’t mind and he has never harmed other dogs eighter but just to let dog owners know.
