The house was built in 1875 and won the 2002 Annual Old House Award (and that was just for the outside). The house sits behind a large, tall hedge, on a large lot. The back yard features lawn, garden beds and outdoor furniture. Painted in in 3 colors recommended by an expert in Victorian homes, his research showed these as the original ones. Each bedroom has a large closet, chest of drawers and comfortable mattress (guests rave about the comfortable beds).
