The Cottage at Long Pond is a modern, up-to-date 1,585sf home beautifully sited on 3/4 acres with 385 feet of direct waterfront offering unspoiled views. Kayaks & Canoe available when appropriate, snow shoes or cross country skiing on lake or ski Sunappee. We offer a main level master bedroom suite, living area w/ wood stove & eat-in kitchen. Close to many fun things to do. The cottage is rustic yet provides all the modern comforts of home. Alexa assisted Smart Home. Our kitchen is fully equipped and offers a gas range and refrigerator with ice maker and ice water in the door. Water is safe for drinking with laboratory grade UV water purification system and 5 micron whole house filter. We have to limit the number of guest to 4. We can only accommodate 4 guests due to the fact that we have a holding tank for all that goes down the drain. But you do have choices of beds to sleep your 4 guest in. Twin, double or queen. Please specify how many beds are need and which ones you will need to have linens for. No parties are allowed on this property and this is non-negotiable. Limited number of DAY guests allowed, not to exceed our capacity of 4 adults. We have had issues with this in the past and will have ABB involved to remove you if this rule isn’t followed. NO HOT TUB IN THE WINTER!!!!!! We are in a rural area, parking in our driveway or the top in front of the garage, not on the street. We have a Ring camera and spot light that will activate when you drive in. We are available via text, email, or voice to help you with ANY concern, question, or deficiency you may find at the cottage. We cannot fix what we aren't told about. Please call. You will NOT be considered a nuisance or otherwise. We are a mountain community with access to a little general store in nearby Washington. Most major shopping is 25 minute drive. We are not near public transportation, uber, or taxies. The beach is 50% ours. You have access to the town beach as well. Please note the rock at the waterline at the halfway point. That is our neighbors right-of-way and beach. NO Dogs are allowed at this time.
