The Cottage at Long Pond is a modern 1,585 sq. ft. home on ¾ acre with 385 feet of direct waterfront and stunning, unspoiled views. Enjoy kayaks, a canoe, snowshoeing, or skiing on the lake, with Mount Sunapee nearby. Inside, relax in the main-level master suite, cozy living area with wood stove, and eat-in kitchen. Close to local attractions and outdoor activities, it’s the perfect escape for both adventure and relaxation! Skiing at local NH/VT slopes or cross country right outside our door The space Escape to our charming rustic cottage, where cozy ambiance meets modern convenience. This Alexa-assisted Smart Home is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The fully stocked kitchen features a gas range, refrigerator with an ice maker, and ice water dispenser. For peace of mind, our water is purified using a laboratory-grade UV system and a 5-micron whole-house filter, ensuring safe and refreshing drinking water. We strictly accommodate up to 4 guests due to our holding tank system. However, you’ll have flexible sleeping arrangements, with a choice of twin, double, or queen beds. Important House Rules: • No parties—this is non-negotiable. • Limited day guests are allowed, but total occupancy (including visitors) must not exceed 4 adults at any time. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you in our cozy retreat! Guest access We are in a rural area, parking is in our driveway or the top, in front of the garage, not on the street. We have a Ring camera and spot light that will activate when you drive in. Other things to note Dog Policy • One dog only is allowed. • Dogs must be supervised at the waterfront at all times. MAKE SURE TO ADD YOUR PUP TO YOUR RESERVATON THERE IS A $75 FEE Waterfront Access & Boundaries • In summer, neighbors have rights of way on both sides of the property for lake access. • The beach is shared—our portion extends to the rock at the halfway point. The other half belongs to our neighbors and includes their right-of-way to the water. Please respect these boundaries to ensure a great experience for everyone!
