Welcome to Rochester. There are endless opportunities for hiking, mountain biking and other Vermont adventures. Our house is walking distance to a cafe, bookstore/bakery, grocery store, bicycle shop, flo EV charger, tennis/pickleball courts, and skate park. Sugarbush is a 30-minute drive North, Middlebury Snowbowl and Rickert Nordic are 15 minutes away, and Killington is 35 minutes South. Or just relax and enjoy the mountain range view in back. The space The first floor has a spacious kitchen with Refrigerator, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster Oven, Coffee Maker. Basic spices, oils, flour and sugar are yours to use. We'd appreciate if you replenish them if you use them up. The comfortable living room has a 50" smart TV (no cable channels; you can log into your Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney, etc. accounts.) There is also strong wifi. Enjoy your meals in the dining room. The first floor also has a nook with a queen sized sofabed with a foam mattress. There is also a recently renovated full bathroom on the first floor. The second floor has three bedrooms, each with a queen bed. One of the bedrooms has a private balcony with beautiful mountain views. There's a full bathroom on the second floor. Outside is a wraparound porch with rocking chairs in front of the house and a deck in back with a grill and table for six. Guest access You'll have complete access to the first and second floors. You can also use the washer and dryer in the basement. Other things to note Cellular service is good by Vermont standards since the house is located near a tower in town. We have a dog, but she won't be there during your stay. The house is thoroughly cleaned but please keep this in mind if you have allergies. The driveway has parking for three cars.
