Enjoy a large covered pavilion with picnic tables, a volleyball court, shuffleboard, horseshoe pits, and a boat launch. Summer Perks – A snack bar serving hot & cold food, snacks, and ice cream! Safe Swimming – Roped-off areas with lifeguards on duty. 🎾 LLV Amenities & Activities Year-Round Fun: Playgrounds, tennis courts, a ski hill with a rope tow, sledding, and ice fishing in winter. Community Events: Bonfires, barbecues, concerts, bingo, and fishing tournaments. The community fee for access to all LLV amenities is already included in your booking. You’ll find 8 wristbands provided at the house for your use during your stay. Whether you're looking for adventure or relaxation, Locust Lake Village has something for everyone! Other things to note PET FEE: We would love for you to bring your furry friends! Please kindly let us know in advance if you will be bringing a pet with you. We do have a pet fee of $100 for the first 2 pets and $50 for each additional pet. This fee is to cover additional cleaning and maintenance. Unfortunately, we can't allow cats due to allergies. NO SMOKING: You'll be charged an extra cleaning fee! Please smoke outside and respectfully dispose of your trash around the property NOISE VIOLATIONS: Please note that this is NOT a party house and we ask that guests be respectful of our neighbors and observe the community quiet hours of 10pm - 8am while outdoors. CHECKING IN: Per local ordinances, guests are required to complete a community registration form before arrival. The community fee of $35 for access to all LLV amenities is already included in your booking. You’ll find 8 wristbands provided at the house for your use during your stay. EXTRA GUESTS: The nightly rate includes up to 6 guests. For each additional guest, there is a fee of $50 per person, per night. Please, add the correct number of guests before booking to reflect this fee in the total price. PARKING: There’s parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway, and plenty of free parking at each lake. WEATHER: Winter conditions from November to March can be unpredictable, with possible snow and ice. Please bring warm clothing, proper footwear, and a vehicle suited for winter conditions (e.g., snow tires or all-wheel drive) to ensure you're prepared for the weather.
