This small but exquisite, modernly furnished studio with a south-facing balcony and magnificent views of the surrounding mountains of Arosa offers you nature, sports or pure relaxation. The space The sunny studio on the 6th floor (elevator available) has a living/bedroom, a small kitchenette (2 hotplates, oven, refrigerator) and a bathroom with bathtub. The comfortable double bed ensures that you can storm the slopes or conquer the bike trails the next day. The balcony is south-facing and offers sunny hours in a private atmosphere. The studio was completely renovated in autumn 2022 and shines in new splendor. An outdoor parking space in front of/behind the house can be used free of charge because in Arosa you are best on foot or by free bus. Since the studio is centrally located, it is not far to the valley station, the train station or shopping. If you don't feel like cooking: there is a pizzeria on the ground floor - bon appetit! Guest access The complete furnishings of the kitchen, the Wi-Fi and the TV can of course be used. For the sunny hours on the balcony, loungers including cushions are available. The heated ski room on the first floor can be used. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. Other things to note P.S.
