This stylish place is perfect for groups. The villa has 17 private bedrooms, 2 kitchens (shared with the hosts), 4 bathrooms (shared with the hosts), 3 living rooms (shared with the hosts) on an exterior of more than 500 m2. The villa is a 5-minute walk from the RER E serving the center of Paris in 15 minutes (St Lazare station) and a 5-minute walk from Tram 4 allowing access to the RER B. The price is a price per night for a room that can accommodate 2 people maximum. Other things to note Before you arrive, guests are reminded that: 1/ The bathrooms are common areas with other guests, so hygiene products and towels made available to you after use must be kept in your room. 2/ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa and in the bedrooms in accordance with the Evin law. You can smoke in the garden, however, taking care not to throw your butts in the garden for fire safety and hygiene reasons. 3/ Parties are prohibited at the Villa for the tranquility of all occupants. Visitors are allowed, however after 10 p.m., noise is prohibited and visitors will have to leave the premises in order to respect the sleep of the various guests occupying the villa. 4/ When using the kitchen, guests are reminded that they must automatically clean the equipment and the dishes after use so that other guests can benefit from the clean equipment in place. A dishwasher is available for this purpose in the kitchen overlooking the garden (dishwasher tablets should be provided). 5/ Drug use is prohibited in the villa. 6/ When you book, a number of occupants has been announced, beyond the number announced it is strictly forbidden to have unidentified people sleep in the villa. 7/ The common areas, as the name suggests, are for the use of all guests, so it is strictly forbidden to sleep and use the common areas for personal purposes for any reason. 8/ It is recalled that the rental exclusively includes what is indicated in the ad. Villa Tenjin offers you a place and amenities, the rest is for the use of the occupant and at their expense (dishwashing liquid, food, coffee, drinks, soap, laundry...). The nearest supermarket is a 7-minute walk from the villa. 9/ It is strictly forbidden to make noise before 10 a.m. and after 10 p.m. Occupants are therefore asked to cease all nuisances in order to respect the tranquility of the premises (discussions in common areas, music, TV, etc.). 10/ The garbage cans must be emptied regularly and disposed of on the side of the villa where the garbage cans are located. 11/ When shopping for food, we advise our guests to identify them by the number of your room in order to indicate to the other occupants that it is a strictly personal product that is not intended to be shared. As you know, our concept is to humanize relationships, therefore, unidentified products are by nature intended to be shared😉. A marker will be available in your room to identify your food. 12/ A laundry room is available in the basement of the villa as well as a dryer. The dryer is a condensation dryer, so it is necessary to empty the tray before use and to clean the filter. Your dirty laundry can be put in the laundry room, bins are available with a notepad, a marker and clips to identify your room number on it. This lets other guests know that these are your belongings. When starting the machines, we thank you for favoring short programs in order to allow the machines to be released quickly. Guests are reminded that programs that have been started cannot be interrupted during the cycle. Guests are also asked to empty the machine at the end of the cycle to allow other occupants to access the machines. If this is not possible, it is recommended that the next guests remove the laundry from the machine and put it in the black plastic bins provided for this purpose. 13/ An iron is available in the laundry room with an ironing board; after use, we thank you for storing the items used. 14/ The use of the bathrooms is shared, we thank you for cleaning the shower after use, and limiting your occupancy time (10/15 minutes) so that everyone can use the facilities without too much waiting. (4 bathrooms are at your disposal, 1 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor and one on the last floor). 15/ A hair dryer is available in all bathrooms, please make sure to store them after use, not forgetting to clean them if necessary. These rules are essential for the respect of all ☺️and for the goal of a successful stay🙂. We rely on you to follow these few rules. We remain at your disposal if necessary. The concept of the Tenjin villa is based on the principle of "Spanish Inn" with all modern comforts. This villa has been designed and thought to share with guests of the villa from all walks of life. However, it is also possible in the villa to maintain privacy if needed. There will certainly be guests on site on your dates in other rooms, this will be the perfect opportunity for new meetings and beautiful exchanges.
