Bikes Boots and Boats This rustic home on 1.2 acres is located five minutes to the New River Gorge National Park. The Adeena trailhead connecting to the larger trail system is right next to the driveway. There is locked storage for your outdoor gear, ample parking. You are centrally located for all the outdoor activities, historical sites, hiking, and food. From your location on Gatewood only short drive into Fayetteville or Oak Hill for local eats, breweries, and shops. The space This is a classic Wv house so ceilings are a little low. Spacious master bedroom, queen bed with your own tv. 55” Roku tv in the living room with couches large enough to sleep on for extra friends. There are two more small bedrooms with double beds for a total of 3 beds in the house. There is WiFi and free Internet. The porch has a futon couch that folds out into a bed to make room for extra people. Fully stocked kitchen with a coffee and tea lovers area. Drip pot, Pods for simplicity or a grinder and nice stainless steel coffee press, there are various ways to enjoy your favorite bean. If you are really into the tea, I can also give you some organic herbal tea I grow at my farm. Perhaps the best feature of the house is its location. It sits adjacent to the National Park and you basically have your own private entrance to the trail system. You are also conveniently located for kayak shuttles on the new river and not far from the local restaurants in the town of Fayetteville. I have also provided maps and a small collection local guide and history books of the area, even a few ghost stories about the local legends. Outside there is a picnic table and gas grill, a large fire pit and ample room to play in the yard. Downstairs is an unfinished basement with laundry. There is also room to store bikes inside. Guest access You have access to the entire house but not the garage. It is used for storage. Other things to note There is actually enough sleeping space for 8 people if you are friendly and sleep two to a bed. There is also futon sofa on the enclosed porch and the couches are big enough to sleep on.
