A new studio with all amenities on the seashore. 400 meters to the sea, shuttles go to the beach and back. There are swimming pools, a gym, slides and playgrounds (free of charge) on the territory. Other things to note Accommodation is available from 14.00 (14.00) on the day of arrival until 12.00 (12.00) on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed in advance • To extend the stay, beyond the planned date, it is necessary to clarify the availability of the apartment. • The apartment is cleaned before guests arrive and after they leave. This service is included in the price. Additional cleaning can be arranged during their stay for an additional fee (upon request) • Bed linen and towels are changed before guests arrive • Guests are not allowed to take belongings of the apartment outside their premises, including towels and bedspreads. • Pets are NOT allowed in the apartment • Events and parties are not allowed • It is allowed to receive visitors in an apartment or room if the rules of the house are followed • Guests are responsible for their behavior and the behavior of their visitors in the house and in the surrounding area, and in the event of an accident, they themselves bear the consequences • Guests themselves are responsible for private property and valuables left in the apartments, and the owner is not responsible for their subsequent loss • Guests are requested to lock the doors from the inside while in the apartment and are required to lock the doors, close the windows, turn off the lights and all electrical appliances (TV, air conditioning, stove…) and turn off the taps when leaving the house. • In exceptional cases and in the absence of guests, the owner of the apartment has the right to enter the apartment in order to prevent possible damage or danger. The owner is obliged to notify the guest of the entrance to the apartment at the first subsequent contact • Guests are obliged to keep apartments and rooms, inventory and installation. All damages caused must be compensated. Damaged inventory, equipment and facility will be charged according to the inventory price list • Guests are not allowed to move furniture and equipment in the apartment or touch electrical or other installations (TV, modems, routers, etc.) without prior consultation and approval of an authorized person • Destruction or removal of inventory from the apartments is not allowed • Do not throw food or other rubbish into sinks, toilets or through windows. • Guests are prohibited from causing unpleasant noise and disrupting public order and peace. This is especially from 22:00 to 9:00. In the event of a fire, flood or other emergency, guests are required to immediately contact an authorized person, as well as emergency numbers. • Guests are obliged to rationally use energy and water in accordance with their needs (turn off the lights and other consumers of electricity when not needed, close the windows and doors in the apartment when using the air conditioner) • It is not allowed to import weapons, explosive and flammable materials • In case of disappearance or damage of installations, furniture, household appliances, apartment equipment, the guest is obliged to notify the host. If the loss or damage is due to the fault of the guest, the guest is obliged to reimburse the corresponding equivalent cost • In case of loss or damage of the key to the apartment, guests are obliged to inform the authorized person about it. For lost keys, an additional fee of 10 euros is charged for each key. • Guests are obliged to leave the apartment in the same condition in which they found it, clean, tidy and undamaged • In case of non-compliance with the rules of the house, the host has the right to refuse further provision of services and declare the guest an "undesirable guest".
