I don’t charge cleaning fees as my guests have always respected the property and rules. Leave a big … mess expect a charge. The outside of the house is under construction as I’m siding the house and added a mud room. I’m 66 with new knees so the process is slow especially in winter but nothing going on outside will affect your stay. I get great reviews from my guests who all seem to find the interior relaxing and tastefully decorated with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay The space You will have full use of the main living space main floor. There is an enclosed and an open front porch for morning coffee or relaxing. It’s so nice to be able to wake early and not disturb others while you make coffee or toast. Located in a nice residential neighborhood yet close to roads that take you to so many nearby food and attractions! I know the home is warm and inviting but venture out and explore the area while you are in town. We have much to see in the Quad Cities! No parties, gatherings, or pets are allowed at this property. The homes are close together and my neighbors are great at helping me keep track of what’s going on. I ask that guests booking my house be 25 years old minimum. If you are younger and would like special consideration please contact me. I do make exceptions from time to time. Guest access There is well lit off street parking behind the home enough for 3 cars if you plan well. The sidewalk leading to the rear door has 4 short steps. Then there is a keypad with your own personal key code to enter. Each guest group has their own and it changes from booking to booking. Other things to note Windows all have blinds that raise and lower by a gentle pull or lift. No cords or wands. I ask that you be careful when using them and take care. They should offer years of easy service. I expect you leave this home as you found it ... in good neat order. I would like the beds left unmade, sheets and used towels in the laundry basket, the trash in trash containers taken out and placed in the bins. If you have made any big messes or have dirty dishes they should be cleaned up. I thank you in advance for doing these things. This is a single family residential home so you will need to be respectful of the neighbors here. All are very nice people and I would hope you will have only good experiences with them. You might see the neighbor kids coming into the yard to retrieve a ball and the kids sometimes ride bikes in the alley so please be watchful at all times. Not many children in the neighborhood but 3 next door. Very nice family!
