Yuda's Garden

An island of silence and beauty in the heart of a small village of Amazigh tradition where I have lived for over 20 years. The Garden of Yuda is my home - an ideal place for a moment of retreat, rest and rejuvenation, for the discovery of traditions (making bread, cooking, weaving a carpet, working the land...), for a walk in the surrounding rocky valleys. Close to the Aït Ben Haddou Ksar - accessible by taxi if needed. Breakfast included. Meals on request. The space I built my house according to the traditional techniques of the region: earth walls, reed roof and wooden beams. Such earth architecture offers natural bio-climatic comfort, cool in summer and mild in winter, and provides a unique soothing feeling conducive to restful sleep. Over the years, I have grown a garden that is now green and gracefully blooming in the spring. A cooling pool and a recently built stone fountain bring the freshness and gentle murmur of water, prolonging the serenity of the place.
