Super charming 2-bedroom private guesthouse in San Jose, minutes from Los Gatos. Close to 85, 87, and 880 in a quiet and quaint neighborhood with a private entrance. No parties allowed on this property. 15 minutes to San Jose Airport and 30 minutes to Santa Cruz. Easy access to all bay area cities. Maximum of 4 guests and no visitors on the property. The space This is a new guesthouse and has a nice covered patio you can enjoy with your morning coffee or during the evening. The bedrooms are large and the beds comfy. The main room has a big sofa along with stools at the kitchen counter and a small dining table all that can see the TV. If you read our reviews many guests have told us that the place is larger and nicer in person than in the pictures - One even said they expect most places to be 30% worse than the pictures but this was 30% better. Many have said that this is the nicest AirBnB place they have ever visited. We made it to be a place we would want to stay in, and our guests agree - which is why some of them have already returned again. There is a washer and dryer as well as laundry soap in the unit if you want to do a load. The TV has Netflix and Amazon Prime and SlingTV for normal broadcast and cable channels. It also includes a Blue Ray player if you want to rent a Redbox movie to watch. Guest access Our property has an inner back yard fenced around our main house, which is not available to our guests. The outer yard is accessed via the gate on our driveway that leads to the guest house. There is a nice covered patio with a table you can enjoy. Other things to note This guest house is right behind our house and has a separate entrance and patio area.
