Description
We invite you to stay in our house, where we live with our children (9 and 7 years old). The house is ideal for relaxing: green setting and warm spaces. Located on the heights of the village of Eysus, 7 minutes from Oloron Sainte-Marie, the house is built with eco-friendly materials and has all modern comforts. For the winter, you will enjoy the wood-burning stove. Lots of games for kids. At the foot of the mountains. Spain 1 hour away. Ocean 1.5 hours away. Welcome to our home! The space The house is warm and very bright, with parquet flooring in all the living rooms (so please leave your shoes in the entrance). On the ground floor: 1 master bedroom, bathroom with shower, a large living room (living room, dining room, kitchen), a cellar and a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped (except large freezer). Upstairs: 2 children's bedrooms and a mezzanine with a reading area and screen (1 extra bed). An "attic" will not be accessible. A separate office has an extra double bed. A large terrace will allow you to enjoy the outdoors and the beautiful view of the plain. It is currently not safe for small children (please let me know if you have any questions). On the parking side, the car is left in our parking lot located 50 m from the house where you can recharge your electric car if necessary (green-up socket). If this is the case, we leave a piggy bank so that you can leave us a free contribution of your choice. The house was built in 2019 in an ecological way (wood, straw, wood wool, cotton wool...). It is equipped with solar panels and we have just buried rainwater collection tanks. Part of the garden is still under construction. Note: this is the house where we live on a daily basis, it is not a vacation home/secondary home.
