The space This 2 bedroom 1 bath private home is recently renovated with new upgrades and rustic boho style furnishings. Nestled in a quiet street one block from Midtown's South Virginia Street. The master bedroom has a king bed, ample storage space and a large closet. The guest room/office has a twin trundle bed and closet. This room has a dedicated private workspace and good wifi. The home stays cool thanks to a fantastic window AC and warm with central heating (we also have fans/space heaters for those really warm/cold temps). The spacious living room has a comfy sectional leather couch, futon (we provide sheets for an additional bed), and 60' TV streaming Netflix, Disney +, HBO, HULU, Amazon Prime, ESPN. The kitchen comes stocked with cooking essentials, including a blender and rice cooker. For families we provide a pack n play, kids cutlery, and kids cups. There are multiple dining spaces - with everyone's favorite being the outdoor porch table with views of the mountains. Included with this property is a paved driveway adjacent to the home that can fit 4 small cars. The fully fenced backyard has an "L shaped" lounge area and BBQ. This home is pet friendly and we kindly ask all pet owners to follow our pet rules outlined below. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BOOKING: *We DO NOT allow parties of any kind or size, no exceptions. We have wonderful full-time neighbors and ask all guests to be quiet and respectful. * We are committed to following extremely strict COVID cleaning protocol. This includes, but is not limited to deep cleaning of every surface, rooms being throughly ventilated between bookings, government-approved virus-killing cleaning agents used, all linens being washed in between bookings and our housekeeping staff wearing masks and gloves at all times while cleaning. * Pets are not allowed on furniture, no muddy paws in the house, and pets are not allowed to be left inside the house unattended without crate. Please pick up after your pet. * Absolutely no smoking anything indoors *This home sleeps 5 guests *2 Bedrooms ( 1 king bed, 2 twins ) 1 full bathrooms *Check in Time: 3 pm. Check out time 10am. *Size of House: 888 sq. feet *This property is properly registered with the City of Reno, and rates include the Reno tourism tax.
