This home is located in Hope Gardens, a beautiful downtown neighborhood. The house is 1.3 Miles to Broadway or a quick 5 min uber! Our space is traditional with some modern touches, the large back porch and yard, off-street parking, and 4 bedrooms is a nice list of features. This home is within walking distance to Germantown bars & restaurants and Capital View. Walk to Nashville Farmers Market, Bicentennial Park, Nashville Sounds Baseball Stadium and Nashville Riverfront. The space Our home is great for groups who want to be walking distance to Broadway/ Downtown/ The Gulch or the Germantown area, which is filled with restaurants and shops. It is a quick uber to all Nashville neighborhoods. We have 4 bedrooms, 1 king downstairs (including a futon with a double mattress), 3 Queen bedrooms upstairs, a Queen pull out couch in the living room, and a full bathroom on each level. We have a spacious living room, a fully stocked kitchen, and table seating for 6. We have a spacious back porch and front porch for relaxing outside. We comfortably sleep 10 guests. We are flexible with check in and check out time, so please let us know how best we can accommodate your trip (please note we do have an early check-in / check-out charge. A washer and dryer, hair dryers, iron and ironing board, complete set of dishes, glassware, pots and pans, oil, spices, etc., linens, soap and more are provided for your convenience. We do have a regular coffee machine and a Keurig provided in the kitchen with K cups included (limited). Please note there is a new 50" Samsung TV with ROKU, Youtube TV included. Guest access Guests have complete access to the entire home and easy access through front door code / lock. We have a keypad code that we provided at checkin time. We also have keys inside if you prefer to use those as well. Other things to note If you would like an early check-in or a late check-out please message us. $100 extra and must be paid for prior to arrival. We are not renting the house for parties or events. In the event of any issues, we will give a warning. If there is a second warning, your stay will be immediately ended. The city issues Noise Complaint Fines addressed to whom the Airbnb contract is issued, and puts us at risk of losing our permit to host. Please be aware of our quiet hours.
