The Barn at Frog Hollow 2 Units, Entire Barn

Both 1st & 2nd floor units can now be rented together for your entire group at the Barn! 1st floor has 2BR/1BA, full kitchen, laundry, living/dining room and expansive porches. Our brand new space, The Retreat, is located on the entire 2nd floor with 3BR/2BA, a huge deck with grill & seating and lots of indoor living space. An indoor hallway & stairwell connect the 2 units for easy access. No Parties, events or extra persons allowed other than registered guests. No elevator on premises. The space This is truly a unique place to stay while visiting our area! The main floor unit has been our first space to rent out since opening in 2019. It is a cozy, charming 2BR/1BA space ideal for couples, singles or small familes traveling together. It features huge covered porches and is very comfortable inside & out. With the 2nd floor completed in April 2022, tongue & groove interiors welcome you with a water/nature theme throughout the open living area. By utilizing both units, larger groups of families or friends can stay in one location vs separate locales. 3BR/2BA with walk- in showers, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living rroom area with electric fireplace & 65in TV. And, the views from our large picture windows can't be beat! Interior hallway provides access to lower unit when needed. Exterior spaces include lower porches, gazebo & fire pit. You will not be disappointed! Guest access The Barn is located near the entrance of the 21-acre property. Feel free to walk the grounds, but be aware it does have uneven ground in a lot of areas, some steep spots and gulleys from rain flow that can make walking a little tricky. The back of the property is the tall treeline which runs down to my house at end of the property, and also down the valley to the tall grass The tall grass eventually runs into the neighbor's fenceline, which also goes towards the back of the property by my house. A map is posted in the unit. If you walk on the nearby roads, be mindful of neighbors & their property. We do not have sidewalks and roads are very tight 2-lanes. Be wary of loose dogs; do not touch, feed or taunt livestock that may be on nearby farms. Please respect our neighborhood! Other things to note At this time, we are a lodging facility only. No parties or events are to be held onsite without prior permission from property manager (Linda Koller) due to liability issues.
