Our place, a converted duplex renovated in 2017. We built this place with guests in mind and there are four separate rooms available. It's not rare for us to have all rooms occupied yet the house never feels crowded. The space In addition to the two full bathrooms, there are two common area where everyone is welcome. A fully furnished kitchen which includes a dining table with plenty of seating and a nice large living room with a comfortable couch, large screen TV with plenty of devices to satisfy your entertainment needs. This house is the home of movie lovers so you can expect a respectable library of DVDs to be available. If you don't have your own Netflix account, you're welcome to use the one configured on the TV already. The living room is brightly lit in natural light in the daytime and recessed lighting illuminates the place in the evening. During your stay We also live in the house, in our private second floor so odds are, we will cross paths when we are home. Especially since we all use the same kitchen. We tend to let the guests come to us if they want to chat and we enjoy a lively house atmosphere but not unnecessarily noisy. We speak French, English and Filipino although it depends on which one of us you talk to. Other things to note We have a cat living with us; try not to be seduced by her cuteness - she is hoping to get some food. She can be a little skittish but is reasonably curious about visitors.
