Our large top floor apartment has a gorgeous ocean view, private deck, fenced garden, beautiful kitchen & bath and comfortable living space with a gas fireplace. Nestled between PB's Crystal Pier and LaJolla we are steps to great beaches, swimming and surfing, the boardwalk, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and shopping. A walkable residential neighborhood with a fun, beachy vibe! The third bedroom is a great work at home space or private suite. Close to all San Diego's wonderful attractions! The space We’ve created a welcoming environment for families, friends, or work from home travelers, with all the amenities for a short or long stay! There is one designated parking space and ample street parking. The kitchen is state-of-the-art and ready for gourmet cooking complete with table settings for eight, glassware, barware, spices and all the cooking tools you need to make a lovely meal at home. The bathrooms are outfitted with plenty of plush towels, beach towels, individual soaps and shampoos. There are ocean views from the fireplace room and master bedroom. Dine on the deck and watch surfers, kites and amazing sunsets or picnic in the front garden under our lime tree. The third bedroom can be used as a work at home space or suite with a privacy door. We have reliable Wifi, a Marshall Bluetooth Speaker for music, and two Smart TVs. Please note, we have an age restriction of no children under 12 (due to the second story deck). And we do not have, nor allow, barbequing on this property. We are walking distance to Mission Bay and the Boardwalk, for long leisurely walks, biking, skating and water sports of all kinds. We have boogie boards and beach chairs for your use. We are also just a short drive to most of San Diego's highways and wonderful attractions - Balboa Park and our wonderful Zoo, SeaWorld, Downtown, Gaslamp Quarter, San Diego Harbor, Coronado, Conference Centers, LaJolla Cove and Seal Beach, Sunset Cliffs/Torrey Pines, to mention a few.
