Close to the heart of Foley, Alabama one block west of Hwy 59 lies a small quiet condo complex, Club Villas. One bedroom, full bath, living, dining and kitchen open concept with a walk out fenced in patio all on the first floor. A washer and dryer are in the condo for your convenience. We are a 15-20 minute drive on Hwy 59 S to the beaches at Gulf Shores depending on traffic and about 25 or so minutes to Orange Beach. The sports complexes where school tournaments are played are 5-10 min dr The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook and eat in as often as desired. Stovetop and oven, microwave, toaster oven, electric grill, and coffee maker. Full refrigerator and lower drawer freezer for your convenience. Lots of old oak trees along the street add to the ambience of this small quiet complex. Free onsite parking lot with marked spaces makes coming and going easy. The condo association rules do not allow pets except for owners. Thank you for NOT SMOKING anywhere in the condo complex! Guests will be provided with a code for the lockbox approximately 7 days before arrival date. You will have the place to yourselves, however if you need anything it will be just a phone call away. We also have friends in the complex who can help with any questions or concerns. Dollar General, Chick N Sea Restaurant and 2 banks within a block's walking distance make this condo super convenient. The paved walking path just across Hwy 59 is a great way to exercise and enjoy the beautiful scenery in Foley. Walk or bike to the library, park, shops and restaurants in this growing town. Doctors offices and the hospital are just a few blocks north of the complex. Several churches are also within walking distance. The Foley Sports Complex is a 5 minute drive making this a very convenient option for parents bringing their children for tournaments! Driving in the area is easy, however, walking and biking are our preferred mode of travel when possible. There are a few Uber and Lyft cars in the area but there is no public transportation. Airports are approximately an hour away in Pensacola and Mobile. NO SMOKING!
