The space The Tourmaline House is street-facing house - not an ADU, not a townhome. With plenty of indoor and outdoor space, our home is the ideal spot for a relaxing getaway with family and friends. We are located 2 blocks from the beach, shops and restaurants in Pacific Beach, an exciting neighborhood that invites you to walk and explore without the need of a car. Our newly built home is decorated with style and stocked with all the comforts you'll need. Plus, enjoy a private backyard retreat and amenities like bikes, in-house laundry, high-speed internet, baby items and beach gear, all included. We can accommodate up to 8 guests and 2 dogs in our home. Have an electric vehicle? We now offer our guests the convenience of charging at home for a small fee. Just add the electricity fee when booking, and bring your own cable to use our 240volt plug in the garage. The Master Suite is a luxurious retreat with a King size bed, top quality mattress and bedding, blackout blinds, two closets, Smart TV and an indulgent large bathroom finished in travertine and glass tile. A dual sink vanity separates the spacious walk-in shower on the right from the enclosed toilet on the left. There is enough space in front of the bed to add a pack’n’play and easily walk around. The Queen Bedroom is next to the Master Suite and sleeps 2 in a queen bed. This one overlooks the backyard greenery and has a vaulted ceiling. Same quality bedding. The Third Bedroom sleeps 4 guests in 2 twin over twin bunk beds. It's a large enough room to accommodate a pack'n'play if you need one. A large full bath on the hall has a Jacuzzi jet tub and a separate area with a large dual vanity. Enjoy full access to a stocked kitchen, enclosed grassy backyard with a propane grill, parking for 2 cars and high speed internet for work and streaming. Beach gear is included: chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler plus 2 bikes and a kid's beach wagon. We also have a portable crib and a baby chair.
