The lower ground level connect the backyard via a sliding glass door. Three bedrooms, the third full bathroom, the entertainment room and the laundry room are on the ground level. The 3rd bedroom and the entertainment room can also form a suit for a separate family. Guest access Guest have access to the entire house except the shed and the two storages in the house. Free parking on the drive way and street side parking. However, NO MORE THAN FIVE CARS PER EACH TIME. WORK TRUCK OR RV parking needs permit from the host. Other things to note 1. Camera(s) on the exterior of the house. Guests are not in camera view once inside the house. 4. Guests who book the place with infant and senior(s) should be noticed that you must be able to use one 6-step stairs to the main floor. It is the guest's full responsibility and liability for any accident. 5. Cancellation policy: I chose strict cancellation policy to rule out not-so-serious bookings. , I do provide some conditional flexibility for the guests after the free-cancellation period. it has helped quite a few guests avoid losing money from my other listing. 6. All supplies including the kitchen salt, pepper and cooking oil in the house are free to use for your convenience. Some are leftover from previous guests that I cannot check every time. It is 100% your liability if any usage of the supplies resulting into health issues.
