The space Featuring 1 bedroom + office / living room, fully equipped kitchen and marble tiled bathroom. The Master bedroom includes a Full-size bed, there is a sofa bed in the office / living room. Extras single bed can be provided upon request. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, electric plate, microwave, toaster, dishes and utensils. For your convenience, Wi-Fi is available. Linens and towels will be provided. There is a common area between the bedroom and office (kitchen and dining area) All pets must be approved in advance, the pet fee is vary between $250 - $350 Utilities are excluded and run for $330 per month (can be paid through Airbnb) and cover the electric, gas, WiFi and streaming TV box with Netflix (between June 1st - October 1st the utilities are $350 per month) Other things to note Please take note of the following details before booking: Utilities such as electricity, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month (between June 1st - October 1st, utilities are $350 per month). The payment should be made through the Airbnb Resolution Center on a monthly basis. Enjoy the convenience of a Roku Streaming Box with complimentary access to Netflix. For some cases between June 1st - September 1st, a minimum stay of 90 days may be required. Please be aware that a late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300. While access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, you can receive packages without any issue. We periodically update and refresh the furniture and decor, so there might be a small discrepancy between the online photos and the actual look of the apartment.
