The space The villa is located on the edge of a hill above the Corinthian Gulf, not directly accessible from the road, which gives a sense of privacy. The terrace has a remarkable view of the Corinthian Gulf. A huge parasol as well as a large table for 10 people and garden furniture provide the desired atmosphere for every guest. It can be used all year round for Christmas evenings and Easter barbecues as it has several air conditioning units, central heating, a barbecue area and two fireplace seating areas. It has a fully equipped kitchen (incl. microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine) and other useful appliances such as hairdryer, iron, Netflix, and COSMOTE TV. The house can be equipped with child safety gates for the stairs if required. The house is pet friendly as the property is secured and most dogs like to run around the house. If your pets need to be in the house, please let us know before you book to see how we can arrange it. Additional cleaning charges will apply. Due to allergies, small animal friends are not allowed in the house. Towels, bed linen, shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper are provided. There is a bakery and a kiosk within a radius of 2 km where you can have breakfast, coffee, ice-cream and so on. A mini market is approx. 800 m away and the nearest supermarket approx. 5 km. The nearest restaurant is about 600 metres away in the village of Geliniatika, where the villa is located. We recommend the restaurant "ΕΛΛΑΣ" in Kiato for excellent meat dishes (reservation required!). The restaurant "Il Tramonto" in Xylokastro offers Italian dishes and the villa of the Greek poet Sikelianos in the "Sikyon Beach Hotel" offers exclusive cuisine in a very romantic atmosphere (reservation required!). For fish dishes we recommend the "Bakaliarakia" in Kiato, the "Patouras" in Xylokastro or the "Akrotiri" in Melissi. In the neighbourhood of Melissi, Diminio, Sykia, Xylokastro and Kiato there are several beach bars and restaurants to satisfy every taste. Other nearby attractions include the ancient theatre of Epidaurus (60km), the ancient Acropolis of Corinth (28km), ancient Olympia (104km), the mountain villages and ski resorts of Mainalo (60km), Trikala (20 km) and Kalavryta (50 km) or the lakes of Stymfalia (28 km), Tsivlou (40 km) and Doxa (38 km) with the famous villages of Dimitsana and Stemnitsa (70 km), Zarouchla and Feneo (37 km) etc. During the summer various events are organised in the nearby areas. For our little visitors there is the "Xylino Kastro" (wooden castle) in Xylokastro, where children can play safely, ride bicycles or play in the Luna Park.
