Very nice, sunny family house with spacious living room and big garden located just north of Amsterdam. Quiet countryside and nature parks around you (lakes, windmills), but the subway is just 10 minutes by bus. From there, it’s a few minutes to the city centre! Come and enjoy this great deal! Suitable for families with children only. The space Spacious and cozy living room with large windows with garden view, facing south. Very friendly for children (ours are 10 and 11). For those who like cooking; in the kitchen there's a good stove with big oven (90 cm) and fresh herbs from the garden! The garden is big and sunny, with lots of flowers and butterflies. Two bedrooms upstairs; one master bedroom (comfy new queen-sized bed, not in the pictures yet) and one other big bedroom. Depending on your group/family, we'll arrange suitable beds. Central heating, shower, digital TV, Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer, dish washer, water cooker, espresso machine. Landsmeer is a small, picturesque town (10.000 inhabitants), built in old Dutch style. There's 2 nature parks just outside town. Perfect for cycling, hiking, boating, skating, swimming, etc. Some good restaurants, a shopping mall, boutiques, a spa, it's all there! Some Dutch highlights are close (under 30 mins) to Landsmeer: De Zaanse Schans, Volendam, Marken, Haarlem, Alkmaar. Amsterdam North is one of the city’s most vibrant and creative areas. Especially the former NDSM wharf (just 10 minutes away by car or bike), with its unique mix of culture, street art, festivals and great restaurants. From there, a free ferry takes you to Central Station day and night. By public transport, the subway is just 10 minutes away. From there, it’s a few minutes to the city centre. The bus stop is a minute walk from our house, buses leave regularly and run all day and night. By bicycle (25 minutes, including free ferry) or car (15 minutes) Amsterdam city centre is nearby as well. Parking is free in Landsmeer. We'd love to welcome you in our home!
