Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, subject to approval, with a fee of ₱200 per hour. • POWER OUTAGE Kindly note that the property is not equipped with a backup generator, and we are unable to provide alternative power during such instances, as power outages are beyond our control. • NUMBER OF GUESTS The unit can accommodate 2-6 people, but the price changes after the first two guests (₱500 per head). Please indicate the total number of adults before booking. • PARKING Free parking is available inside and outside the property. The gated parking area is inside, while outside parking is in an open field. Please note that the entrance to the gated parking is narrow. • TRANSPORTATION Jeepneys are available along the highway, just a short walk away. If you need a tricycle, we can provide a driver’s contact number for easy coordination. • STORES There’s a sari-sari store nearby, and the town area of Bacnotan is just a 5-minute drive away. You’ll find a 7-Eleven, a public market, drugstores, and fast food places like McDonald's, Chowking, and Jollibee. • PET FRIENDLY We allow up to 2 pets with a fee of ₱300 per pet (one-time payment). • WASHING AREA The washing area is near the parking lot. Please rinse off sand from the beach before using the shower to avoid clogging. • KITCHEN Cooking strong-smelling foods (e.g., tuyo, alamang, bagoong) inside the unit is not allowed. • QUIET HOURS Noise curfew is from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM. • CCTV We have CCTV cameras installed in the parking areas (inside and outside) and hallways for your security.
