High water on lower level can happen due to heavy rains - does not effective the cottage - just the lower level of the property towards dockage. Guest access Large yard with easy river access. Fishing off shoreline or dock is allowed. Any child on shoreline or dock must wear a life jacket at all times. Other things to note Additional charge for 3rd and 4th Guest. Enter correct number of guest to get the correct rate. Boat dockage available with rental. Large pets must be approved by us. Send a message for approval.
