It has a garden to relax in, a living room of 31m2 with open kitchen and 3 beautiful bedrooms upstairs. Located in a quiet hamlet, you are 5 minutes from shops and 10 minutes from Vulcania. Families with children and babies are welcome. The space On the ground floor you will find a room with kitchen, table and living room, as well as a toilet. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds) as well as a bathroom with separate toilet. Outside, 2 parking spaces and a small garden to enjoy the beautiful summer days in peace.
