Welcome to Granny’s! Situated in the heart of Luss, often voted the loveliest village in Scotland, is Granny’s Cottage. Come and relax and enjoy the breathtaking location a mere minute walk from the beach of the bonnie banks of Loch Lomond. Luss is a picturesque conservation village with a world famous historic church, beautiful piers into Loch Lomond and sandy beaches with breathtaking views. There is plenty of water sports, nature walks and hiking, golf and other activities to enjoy. The space Granny’s is equipped with everything your need to enjoy your stay, with an open plan living room and dining room, separate kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The three bedrooms, consist of one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, which are both upstairs, and a single bedroom which is downstairs. The cottage can sleep up to five guests. We can provide a travel cot if required. Granny’s has two front and a back patio garden which enjoy the sun and are perfect for eating outdoors. We also have fast WiFi and a TV for cosy evenings in. Guest access Whole cottage. Other things to note Luss is a tiny village,considered one of the most beautiful in Scotland, in the heart of Loch Lomond's Scotland's first National Park. Luss has a Village Store which is great for rolls, bread, milk, hot take away snacks, and interesting things to brouse. It is best to bring food supplies with you,as it is a rural location. It has two other gift shops , which have a great selection of Scottish craft work. Watersport centre on the beach , 5 minutes from Granny's has pedalos ,canoes, paddle boards, wet suits, for hire. The shore cottage on the Bonnie Banks of Loch Lomond has mountain bike and electric bike hire. There are two beautiful hotels, The Loch Lomond Arms Hotel, full of traditional charm, and The Lodge on the Loch, very modern with stunning views on the Loch. Luss has the Coach house coffee shop with staff in kilts, and the Village Rest is a bistro cafe, which also does a take away service. The Bee hive, you can learn about being a bee keeper,or just pop in for coffee and delicious cake.
