This charming 4bd, 2 bath house is newly renovated w/central air, soothing color, & stylish decor. Wake to a cup of coffee or just relax to the birds singing at dawn. Take a dip in the refreshing pool or just relax by the pool. The space Enjoy your stay in an air conditioned, bright & airy bedroom complete with a SmartTV, Netflix, high-speed internet, computer desk & USB plugs. Sleep like a baby in a Queen Deluxe Memory Foam bed with fresh soft linens. The new shared bathroom comes with an earth toned tiled shower, complete w/blue tooth speaker, a modern touch-less toilet & an art nouveau bath vanity. During your stay My wife and I live on site, we are available to greet guest for check ins and help with any questions about the house or things to do in the area. We mainly keep to ourselves and/or we are out and about in town at times. If we are not home, we are either working or out of the area, but if you have any questions or just checking in, we are easy to get a hold of. Other things to note Fun in the Sun! Yakima is known for its many local craft breweries, wineries, fresh grown fruits, farmers markets, art walks, eclectic restaurants, outdoor adventures, ski resorts and of course for the freshly picked Hops! Taste your way through wine country. The Yakima Valley is the birthplace of Washington State’s wine industry! Pick up some brewing tips from our hop growers. Enjoy the sunshine while you hand pick your own fruit or stroll through one of the many Farmers Markets. Play a round of golf at one of the many premier golf courses located just minutes away! Enjoy a fun night-on-the-town in any of several local night spots and restaurants, taking in the local eats and listening to live music or enjoying a quiet glass of wine with friends. The Legends Casino is only 15 miles away. Try your luck at the slots or your choice of table games. Then come back and have a nice relaxing evening by the pool sipping on your favorite libation.
