Just a 5 minute walk to the waterfront and all the restaurants and shops. Park your car and walk to everything! The space Master bedroom is downstairs with a king size bed and attached bathroom. Two bedrooms upstairs with bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Fully fenced in backyard with charcoal grill. Guest access The Guests will have the whole house with fenced in backyard Other things to note We are Pet Friendly (no more than 3 well behaved pets please )with no additional fee. The house is located on the corner so there is traffic noise. Please note in the master bath there is a clawfoot tub/shower combo. It is very difficult getting in and out of tub. Also the upstairs bathroom entrance/exit has a 9 inch step, please watch your step. We offer Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Laundry Detergent, Dish soap, Dishwasher Detergent, Hand Soap, K Cups, and Tea. Just bring yourself!!
