The space The Mayden Lakehouse on Honeoye Lake is a newly built, 1,600 square foot home boasting beautiful wood flooring, vaulted ceilings and comfortable furniture throughout. Meal prep is made easy in the fully stocked, spacious kitchen and island focal piece. Whether you're the chef of your group and you're whipping up something to please a crowd, or you're perched on the island bar stool sipping on your new favorite Finger Lakes wine, the space is sure to produce sensational memories for seasons to come. The house offers 3 private bedrooms, making bedtime relaxing and comfortable. Rest your eyes each evening and dream of tomorrow's lake adventures. There is a picnic table and additional chairs for outside meals and lounging. The private fire pit is great for night time gatherings and just a few steps across from a private dock. Other things to note There is a $150 pet fee per stay. This will be collected by the owner prior to the stay. Smoking is prohibited inside the home. A $450 fee will be assessed if guests violate this rule. This will be strictly enforced. Garbage is to be taken out to the roadside on Wednesday evenings (including recyclables). Guests are welcome to swim in the lake or use the canoe, but do so at their own risk.
