Discounted nights available at at all times The cottage takes its name from its original use. This was the farm’s wood workshop. A comprehensive renovation of this traditional stone workshop results in relaxed modern living space over two floors. Because of the location the area does not suffer from any light pollution and as such on clear nights you can experience truly breathtaking dark sky stargazing. Days can be lazy and restful or activity filled in this beautiful location. The space Kitchen The front door brings you into the dual aspect well thought out kitchen diner. Appliances include a fridge freezer, ceramic hob and oven, washing machine, microwave and a dishwasher. Steel accessories complete the look. The dining table seats 5. Living Space Immediately from the kitchen is the sitting room which again has a dual aspect. Light flows into this room from the windows set above a window seat and filters in through the trees at the rear window. The open fire invites you to sit around on the comfy leather sofa watching the smart TV. Should you choose not to light the fire your heating is provided from the panel radiators From the lounge the staircase rises to the second floor. Master Bedroom Bedroom one has a king size bed with oak side tables. A built in hanging clothes rail plus storage and a seated dressing table with a dressing chair. Bedroom 2 Bedroom two has a double bed with bedside shelves and again a built in hanging rail and storage a dressing chair. This room has an ensuite with a shower, WC and fitted vanity unit plus a heated towel rail. Bedroom 3 Bedroom three has a small single bed, oak bedside shelves, a hanging rail and a dressing chair The views from all bedrooms are open countryside. House Bathroom The contemporary house bathroom is completed with a shower over the bath, WC, a vanity wall unit with shaving light with shaver point and a heated towel rail and a fitted floor vanity unit. Outside Outside in the gravelled courtyard to the front there is a farm style seated table and bench. There is off-road parking for three cars to the front in the courtyard and a bike store. Guest access The House and its outside space is for your sole use. There is ample parking right outside the cottage. A picnic table and chairs is also just outside the cottage.
