This spacious home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood along a creek with a lot of open green space. The home is ideally located minutes from downtown Greenville near restaurants, grocery stores, and other services. In 5-15 minutes you can be either in Downtown Greenville, Paris Mountain State Park, Haywood Mall, Greenville Zoo, multiple playgrounds, museums, GSP Airport, and entertainment venues. The space -The house is a single-story ranch style. -There is a large open field and athletic park next to it. -There is parking on the front as well as the back of the house. -The backyard has a trampoline, hammock and a paved area to play 4-square and other outdoor games. -The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless appliances. There are essential kitchen tools for cooking and baking. Also some cooking staples, condiments and snacks provided. -The TV room has a DVD player with a few DVDs, Wii console with games, Super Nintendo, and Board games. -We also provide Disney+ and Hulu in both TVs. -The master bedroom also has a TV. -One room offers two twin beds which is great for kids or teens. We also have toys and books available. -Each bedroom has closets and drawers. -There are two full bathrooms, one in the hallway and the other in the master bedroom. -Two of the rooms have desks. -The main living room is spacious with lots of sitting area. -The dining table and outdoor table can both fit up to 8 people by adding extra chairs that we have. We also have a folding table upon request. -There is a laundry room with washer, dryer, and laundry detergent. Guest access There is a mother-in-law suite on the property with a full-time resident (completely separate access to the private home)
