Only the number of people in your reservation is allowed in the home. ● Should the number of guests on the property exceed the amount in the reservation, the reservation will be cancelled or amended immediately at the host's discretion with no refund. ● Check-in from 14:00 to 21:00 only. ● Check out latest at 10:00 am. ● There is a late checkout charge of R250 for every hour late after check out time of 10:00 unless the host gives a late check out complimentary. Please discuss your plans in advance. ● Guests who violate the rules, do not check out on time or cancel the reservation, forfeit their right to leave a public review. ● If you have no reviews on your AirBnB profile or if your rating is below 4 stars, we may decline your booking request and/or cancel your reservation. ● No Smoking is allowed inside the home. We can make a special arrangement outdoors away from the house. There is an ash-tray in the parking area against the wall. NO cigarette butts to be left anywhere else on the property and especially the garden. ● There is a R300 penalty if subsequent guests, with reservations booked on AirBNB, are unable to use the property or access their reserved room(s) due to any action by you not limited to lost keys, locked doors, accessibility issues, damaged furniture, smoking, lead times for replacement items, damage to the property or violation of house rules, you are financially responsible for the lost revenue, discounts, or compensation afforded to them by us for the inconvenience. ● You agree that you’re booking in goodwill with your host and you will not attempt to damage your host’s business because you’re unhappy with a ruling by Airbnb or the host in the event that you experience anything dissatisfying in regard to your stay or you lose a resolution. ● By booking this home, you agree to these house rules and hold yourself liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay here at this home.
