Some areas of the land are shared: orchard, tilapia tank (only contemplation; fishing not allowed) and campfire area. The family (mother, daughter and son-in-law) live on the property, in separate houses, with the privacy of the guests preserved. Location: rural area, 15 min from the old Unimep (now FHO) of Santa Bárbara d'Oeste, 30 km from Limeira, 37 km from Piracicaba and 60 km from Campinas.
