Condo in Carolina Beach

You'll love sipping coffee and watching the sunset from the front deck of this beautiful and much sought after 3rd floor ocean view condo with private pool and a beach access is just a short walk away. This NON-SMOKING condo includes, 2 flat screen SmartTVs, cable, & private WiFi. The kitchen contains all essential tool, a limited amount of spices/staples. There's also a Keurig with a variety of coffee pods for your enjoyment. The queen sofa bed sleeps 2 comfortably. No pets are allowed. The space For your trip to the beach (about 1-2 block walk from the unit) we have some beach chairs and sand toys for the little ones! A high chair and Pack 'n Play will make life easy for young parents. Our quiet building has its own private pool, including lounge chairs and a shower for rinsing off after the beach. Private parking is located under the building and in the surface parking lots on either side of the building. Guest access IMPORTANT note about parking: you MUST display the parking permit (found inside the Welcome Binder) on your dash or risk being towed. We would never tow you but the HOA allows a wrecker service to patrol and remove vehicles without a parking pass. Please return all parking passes to the unit upon leaving. The fee for a replacement pass is $75. Guests have full access to the entire condo including laundry room and porches. Off street parking and community pool are shared. Other things to note The sofa in the living room converts to a queen-sized bed with ample room for 2 adults or children. We would love your feedback.
