Charming flat in Paris. Near all commodities

Very sunny flat in the popular area near canal. 2 bedrooms, with a double bed 1 bedroom with simple bed + 1 children bed 1 leaving room with a couch 4th floor Without lift!!! The space We have a comfortable 80m2 and atypic Parisian flat. Parental large bedroom opened on the living room, junior bedroom with bed for 2 adults, and our daughter (4 years). Warm in the winter, cool in summer. Very sunny, high ceilings, wood floors. Furnished US kitchen. We have a nice and comfortable bathroom with a tub and shower. 4th floor without elevator. For the lazy ones, you can take a look at my dvd collection on the videoprojector and his big screen, also pc and mac equiped, WIFI connected. on the 4th floor without elevator, the building is very old but with code access and it's getting renovated this spring. Baby facilities. In a popular and meltingpot area, our apartment is well connected to the subway or metro undergournd transport. The metro station is Stalingrad at 2mn (line 2, 5 and 7). We are 20 minutes away by metro from the Eiffel Tower, 15 minutes from the Department stores, 5 minutes from Montmartre and the old Paris, 5 minutes from the Canal St Martin... The street we live in has boulangerie, butcher, and exotic groceries with amazing product from Africa, Asia and a brand new supermarket. There is a wonderful mix of cultures typically "East Parisian" : Parisian artists starts to reinvest the neighbourhood and now its one of the most wanted place. The best example is the new opening of the biggest European cultural place in our streat, le 104 . That mix of population make the area very living. As we are food-addicts, we will be glad to provide a list of our favorite places to eat and sightsee in the city ! However this is not a touristic area, if you'r afraid of some junkies or youngsters please do not book.
