Welcome to our 60 sqm, 2-bedroom home. Decorated with care, recently renovated and super bright, it's perfect to enjoy an authentic Parisian stay. The flat accomodates 2 adults + 1 baby. Its unique feature: a big terrace (25 sqm). The flat is right near the cute Quartier Sainte-Marthe, 10 min away from Buttes Chaumont, Canal Saint-Martin, Belleville... The metro is 4 minutes away. The flat is situated on a private courtyard, which no one is allowed to access.
