Multiple TVs with Netflix, Disney+, Prime and unlimited fast WiFi. The space The house consists of 4 large bedrooms, 3 living areas and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom (5th) in the house is locked and used to store supplies for the Airbnb. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, ensuite and a TV. Bedroom 2 has one king single and a desk. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed, a desk and a TV. Bedroom 4 has a queen size bed and a desk. Bedroom 5/ Living area 2: At guest request, this living area can be turned into a 5th bedroom. A comfortable queen size floor bed can be made up. Main lounge room with large 75" smart TV (Netflix, Disney+, Prime etc available) and a comfortable couch that seats 8. 2nd living area with a large desk/ workspace area. 55" smart TV, a comfortable couch and seating for 4-5 and this room can be turned into another bedroom. A floor bed (queen size) can be made up at request. (See 5th bedroom info above) 3rd living area (Kids' area) with couch, 75" TV and seating for 4-5. Fully equipped large open plan kitchen/living and dining room (table seats 8) ready to entertain. The kitchen has 2 ovens, a large induction cook top, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, kettle, and much more! Pots, pans and cutlery provided. Family size fridge/ freezer in the kitchen. The kitchen also has a small butler's pantry which comes stocked with sugar, salt, herbs & spices, coffee & tea, and guests are welcome to use whatever they wish. A generous starter pack of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, dishwasher tablets and toilet paper will be supplied at the beginning of the stay. When these items have been used, guests may wish to purchase more at the local shops. Hand soap is also provided. As most people are usually very selective about their favourite shampoo and conditioner brand, we have decided not to supply these products. Separate toilet. Main bathroom has a bath and shower. Full laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Clothesline available undercover outside. Outdoor living areas with BBQ and dining table (seats 8). Ducted air conditioning/ heating in all living areas and bedrooms as well as fans in the bedrooms and living areas. Linen provided. Off street parking in the driveway for up to 2 cars. Fully fenced 12mx4.4m pool available which includes a spa (seats 6) and a shallow splash area.
