Garden Level 2 bedroom in Newly Converted Church

Welcome to our unique family home in historic Mesa Junction. Guests will stay in the newly renovated, 1500 square ft, garden level, 2 bedroom apartment in this turn of the century converted church. The apartment has an open floor plan with two good sized bedrooms, along with a stylish bathroom and small kitchenette. The property is located within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. It is a neat building , located on a quiet/ cute street. The space The property is a converted large church and the unit you are renting is located in the lower/garden level. My family and I live upstairs on the main level. Guests have their own entrance and space. Guests also have a nice little side yard and patio for relaxing. We hope that guests can appreciate the unique experience of staying in a converted old church. If we are around and guests want to see the main portion of the building we are usually able to help with that request. Guest access Guest will access the unit through the main front door. They will have access to their apartment and a small side yard with a patio, table, and chairs which is accessed through the front. Other things to note We do live upstairs with our two children and dog. If we are in town, there will be some noise from above (mostly footsteps). Sound echos pretty well in the building. Also, the church is over 100 years old and so the radiator pipes can be loud when they turn on in the winter, and there are other minor issues that come with an older building. We do not have central air but there is a swamp cooler upstairs. The apartment stays pretty cool all summer and there are ceiling fans and additional cooling fan units in each bedroom.
