BEACH house Nº 5 Vacation rental on the dike

At BEACHhouse N°5, you can just let yourself go. We'll take care of the rest. And when you get up again, you'll be almost at Ordinger Strand. Because you only need to go over the dike and then a few more steps. Beach and sea. Switch off and enjoy! In the season, a beach chair is ready in Ording on the beach and waiting for you. ⛱️🐚☀️🌊 We have some additional information regarding booking. Please read these before your request here. The space You share the entrance area with us. You have the stairs up but your private front door. Our dear dog will also run through the entrance area from time to time. When you get upstairs and come through your entrance door, you have the main bathroom directly opposite. To the left is the living room with the small balcony - overlooking the dike (and the sunset). Two additional guests can sleep on the comfortable sofa bed. To the right of the front door is the bright and spacious kitchen-living room. At the dining table, four guests have space and for the little guests there is a TrippTrapp available. The kitchen invites you to cook, bake and play together. It is the center of the apartment. From there you can reach the bedroom in the attic via another staircase. Here is a large and comfortable bed ready for you. There is also room for a children's travel cot, or/and a suitcase mattress. The small guest toilet is right next door. Thus, BEACHhouse N°5 can comfortably accommodate up to four guests and a baby, or toddler for the travel bed. IMPORTANT: Please let us know in advance how you want to sleep. Whether you need the travel bed and/or the suitcase mattress. Whether you want to sleep together in the bedroom or separately - and in addition the sofa bed should be made ready. We hope you enjoy your stay! Other things to note In the season, a free beach chair is available in Ording on the beach. For the smaller guests, a brand new handcart from Fuxtec is ready for you. This allows you to easily reach the beach/beach chair with children and luggage. The handcart has extra-wide tires. Facilities: TrippTrapp, as well as baby/children's dishes, toys, puzzles, many board games and much more, toilet paper, kitchen paper, dishwasher tabs, dishwashing liquid, salt mill, pepper mill, sugar, some spices, vinegar & oil, coffee filters, tea, baking pan... and much more. If you have any questions, please let us know. Notes on one-time extra costs: Final Cleaning: Final cleaning will be billed directly through Aibnb and is included in the price of the booking. Number of guests: Nightly prices include 2 guests, covered duvets, pillows and towel sets. A one-time flat rate of €20 is added per additional guest - for the bed linen/towel package. These must be paid in cash. So with 4 guests once plus €40. 1x towel / linen package includes: 1x bed linen set, 4 towels (small, medium, large, XXL beach towel). For stays longer than 10 days, we will be happy to replace your towel set on request. Spa taxes: A spa tax for the beach must be charged for each person. Per adult. Amount of spa taxes by season: Season A: €4 per day April 1 - October 31 25December - 7January Season B: €3 per day January 8 - March 31 November 1st - December 24th The spa taxes will be charged per day for the duration of your stay, they are almost the entrance to all beaches in St. Peter Ording (bus travel includes the spa cards) and must be stored in cash.
