We look forward to hosting you at our Nashik home that's been recently renovated and equipped to offer a high level of comfort and convenience for families, couples and long stay business travels. Relax in the warmth of homestay while still maintaining adequate privacy for all guests across the 4 AC bedrooms we let out,each with attached bathrooms, Smart TVs, Wardrobe panel, study table and chairs. Both floors have cooking and dining areas (home cooked meals-at extra) The space Booking this particular listing allows guests exclusive access to the entire villa - 100% of all spaces . The exterior compound consists of a parking area for 3-4 cars , the caretakers outhouse and bathroom , a washing area and the garden patch . Ground floor includes a large primary living room , a fully functional kitchen, 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms and both these bedrooms have an adjoining room each which can be used as additional lounging / sleeping space . The primary living room looks over a covered verandah, which in turn leads to the garden down a few steps. The staircase takes you to a large lounge space on the upper floor , which also has 2 more bedrooms with attached bathrooms each and a pantry cum dining room. We also have a covered outdoor terrace sit out furnished with outdoor seating , overlooking the adjoining public park. Guest access For guests booking the 4 bedroom villa option the whole house including all common spaces is exclusively available for their stay . Other things to note Please keep your vehicles parked inside the bungalow compound ( there is adequate space ). Keeping cars parked on the road right outside our house might obstruct neighbouring vehicles so we have a mutual understanding that makes it convenient for all in the neighbourhood .
