The B&B is located in a strategic position, close to all the most popular locations on the coast. An oasis of tranquility and relaxation, to fully enjoy an unforgettable vacation, immersed in greenery and the enchanting beauties of Gallura. Well connected to the port and airport (Olbia Costa Smeralda), it is 4 km from the city of Olbia, 10 minutes from Porto Rotondo, 15 minutes from Golfo Aranci and a few km from the most famous beaches in the area, including that of Marinella. The space Comfort, tranquility and hospitality are the characteristics of the rooms. They are all private and, if necessary, can be connected, making them ideal for couples of friends or families. The rooms can be used as a double room or with two single beds. A crib or camping cot can be provided upon request. Cleaning is daily, with towel change if necessary and sheet change every 5 days. Guest access The guest area is enclosed by wooden gates. Other things to note B&B S'APPOSENTU offers an Italian breakfast that is not served, with everything arranged in the room to choose whether to have it in the room or in the common area. In the common area, you will find a table for each room, a microwave, and a kettle. Please let us know of any intolerances or allergies for breakfast. Smoking and hosting people other than registered guests is prohibited inside the rooms. When booking, you are kindly requested to communicate your preference between a double bed or two single beds. The property offers private indoor parking within walking distance of the rooms and is not equipped to accommodate pets. It is not suitable for guests with limited mobility. The price includes the tourist tax according to the regulations in force. The property has Wi-Fi and extinguishing devices (fire extinguishers).
