Double room next door to the bathroom, on the middle floor of a three storey Edwardian house with period features. Large kitchen/diner with two decked areas both with seating and eating areas. Full use of a fantastic kitchen! Contractors welcome 😊 The space Private double room with new pocket sprung mattress with 32” SMART tv and a bathroom shared with the host (please check with me if I’m in if you want a bath!). This is a quiet street but close to the town centre and train station. Full use of a fantastic kitchen! Guest access Kitchen, downstairs toilet, bathroom, garden. During your stay I’m around most of the time but if not, always at the end of the phone. Other things to note I have 2 rooms listed in my house so there may be other guests staying while you are. It is a big house and there’s plenty of space for all. I do have a cat-Oscar- who is confined to the kitchen. Please don’t let him into the rest of the house- the door from the kitchen needs to be closed all the time. If he’s out- don’t let him in!! Thank you
