Located just 10 minutes from Scone, Australia's Horse Capital in the Upper Hunter Valley, Dalmore Horse Stud is situated in close distance to some of the most well known Thoroughbred Studs in Australia. Dalmore Cottage is situated on 800 acres of prime horse country with beautiful views in all directions, yet close enough to town to experience the local cafes and restaurants. The space The Cottage is a two bedroom home that is beautifully and fully furnished to accommodate 6-8 people. Enjoy the serenity of the country whilst experiencing a stay on a functioning horse stud servicing some of the area's finest Thoroughbreds. Outside is a large fire pit for those cool, clear nights to enjoy a drink and some dinner by the warmth of the fire. The Cottage is nestled among other homes on the Stud where you will have help available if needed. Guest access As this is a working horse stud, we do require guests to keep to the area around the house itself and not explore other areas on the farm unless arranged with the owners prior to their stay.
