250 m2 character residence with pool

We present L'intemporelle, our majestic 19th century stone house restored with passion and conducive to rest, healing, walks or bike rides, tastings of local products as well as beautiful moments of sharing with friends or family. It is located in a small village at an altitude of 900 m between Belley and Ambérieu-en-Bugey in a still wild nature, just a 1-hour drive from Lyon, Grenoble, Annecy or Geneva. The space You will have the entire house (250 m2). On the ground floor you will find 3 beautiful rooms in a row with: *a friendly 50 m2 cathedral living room with fireplace *a beautiful equipped kitchen (Lacanche range with hood, stone countertop, Delonghi bean coffee maker, dishwasher...) *a spacious dining room with a large oak table. *a relaxation area with board games and foosball A shower room with toilet is also located on this level. On the second floor, you will have a beautiful open library area with work desk, 4 large bedrooms including a master suite, 2 bathrooms and a toilet. You will have private access to the pool as well as the garden and terrace during your stay. We provide a plancha (gas) for your use. You will also have access to the communal tennis court and pétanque court, we will leave you 4 tennis rackets, tennis balls, a pétanque game. Bed and bath linens will be provided. Pets are welcome as long as they respect the furniture and facilities provided. In the heart of the village you will find a fruit shop with local products, bread, eggs and a 30-minute drive to Belley supermarkets, cooperatives and other shops. We will leave at your disposal tourist documentation on the activities as well as on the natural and scenic gems of the region to discover, for example, the magnificent Lake Ambléon 30 minutes from Ordonnaz. Other things to note Out of respect for the premises and the neighborhood, we do not want to rent for events such as bachelor or bachelorette parties or other events that may cause noise pollution until late at night.
