Serenity by Georgian Bay, 4 Season, escape!

This charming, cozy house offers serenity edge of town, by Georgian Bay! Suitable for couples, families and small groups. Across the street from the Bay. Comes with kayak, SUP and lawn games! Close to many Bruce Trails, Scenic Caves trails, or Georgian Trail, and golf. After a busy day exploring or playing, retreat to Meaford and either whip up something delicious in our fully equipped kitchen and dine in with a view of the bay, or walk down Sykes 5 min to one of Meaford's excellent restaurants. The space Just right for a group or family of 2-6. The Serenity house is cozy and has that by-the-beach charm with comfortable, modern, unique touches. All the modern appliances are there for you to use, including a 43" Smart TV for movie nights, a washer and dryer, stainless steel dishwasher, and brand new fridge and stove. Two of the cozy bedrooms have queen beds and a closet, with great sleeper mattresses and just enough space for a restful sleep. The third bedroom has bunk beds and, although anyone can harken back to camp and cottage days of their youth in there, the kids will enjoy it the most. There is only one washroom on the second floor, so we hope your group is close, or has good timing :) The rec room in the basement will be sure to tickle any young soul (watch your head). The fully-equipped kitchen includes staples like coffee and bread, so you can get your coffee and breakfast started even if you arrive home late. The two decks let the outside in and the views of the bay from most windows in the house is stunning! The house offers several comfy, relaxing reading and bay-watching perches for any time of the year or time of day. Please note that although the views of the Bay are sweet, the house is right on Sykes Rd/ Hwy 26, so there is traffic noise and if you are a light sleeper, using earplugs would help. We usually stock some in the washroom cabinet. Guest access Enter through the side door beside the driveway with motion lights and the punch code. If your group is large, we suggest that you send in a scout to open the front door for the rest of your group. Serenity on the Bay has a lovely backyard to hang out in. There is a deck, a shed and a garden, with more views of the Bay and many trees to ponder. Remember to quiet down after 11:00pm. Other things to note Serenity on the Bay has great views and access to Georgian Bay, a public park and Beach accross the street. However, it is also right beside Hyw 26 and there is traffic noise and a busy street between you and the park/beach. Watch your kids and dogs closely as we don't have a fence yet, and use earplugs for snoozing if you are noise sensitive. Also, this is an older house, which gives it charm but things are not always level or square. There are some funky doors that creak or stick and floors that tilt or squeak. So charming!!
